This exercise offers several benefits, including reduced back pain thanks to a stronger core and improved posture, enhanced balance as your center of gravity shifts during pregnancy, potentially easier labor and delivery due to a strong pelvic floor, and a faster postpartum recovery since staying active during pregnancy helps your body bounce back more quickly.
