I am an active, sociable, communicative, and attentive person. I am always eager to learn new things and create varied classes without compromising the essence and goals of a workout. For me, Pilates is an exercise suitable for everyone, including children, adults, the elderly, both men and women, as it helps improve flexibility and mobility, strengthens the core muscles, and even reduces the risk of injury. I will train and assist members in achieving their body goals. For the elderly, I can help them stay active and improve their quality of life.
